At our company, we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days. If, for any reason, we cannot ship your order promptly, you will be notified via phone or email. Upon receiving your order, we will send you an email confirmation to keep you updated. Our shipping department utilizes reliable carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx to ensure your package arrives safely. Please note that we currently do not offer expedited shipping options. We charge a flat shipping rate of $8.00, but any orders exceeding $200 will qualify for free shipping. At this time, we only ship domestically within the United States. Shipping and Returns Policy
At our hat store, we value customer satisfaction and offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. It must also be in its original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase to expedite the process. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Unfortunately, final sale items, such as customized hats, are not eligible for returns. We encourage our customers to try on their hats carefully at home to ensure the perfect fit. Returns & Refunds
Regular price and unaltered product may be returned for a refund or exchange with all tags attached.
Worn items or items with tags removed may not be returned or exchanged.
Customer is responsible for initial shipping fee for products returned to JW's Crowned Emporium
If the return was because of a JW's Crowned Emporium fulfillment error (Color, Size, Wrong Item) then JW's Crowned Emporium will provide customer with a return shipping label.
If there is an exchange done on the order and it's due to a JW's Crowned Emporium error then the shipping fee back to the customer will be paid by JW's Crowned Emporium.
Hold on to carrier tracking information for any packages sent back to JW's Crowned Emporium. You may be asked for this information for reference. Refunds for returns will not be issued until the returned item is received and inspected.
